Hamillroad Software sells its products through its own international dealer network (and OEMs). Therefore, in the first instance, support for whichever product you bought should be sought from the dealer (or OEM) from where the product was purchased.

However, once you have registered your software, Hamillroad's technical support staff will endeavour to answer by email or telephone any queries you may have regarding the use of the software.

Sharing Folders.

If you are using FirstPROOF to view images (either PGB, TIFF, LEN or RAS files) on another computer, then you have to share the folder on the other computer that contains the images/files, so that you can access them from FirstPROOF on your computer. This is normally straight forward, and any experienced sysadmins should be able to do this. However, there can be issues with getting permissions right, on both Windows and Mac OS.
